As you know, the COVID-19 pandemic was unprecedented and required businesses across the board to act strategically to remain both safe and successful. While this process has been challenging for all of us, JBDev had an opportunity to highlight the strengths of our small business model. Working with our clients to identify and address the urgent needs, the JBDev engineering team was able to roll out new products that effectively enabled our clients to better manage the crisis.
To cite a few specific examples, within weeks JBDev created and deployed employee surveys to solicit responses from employees during their time-clocking procedures to acquire health and exposure related information. JBDev also deployed custom COVID-19 pay codes to ensure that time was being recorded accurately for future billing purposes.
These are just a few of the changes that JBDev consistently makes in real time at the request of our clients, and we believe one of the big distinguishing factors that helps us remain in front of the competition.
